Get ready to showcase your dance moves and style at Chouksey Group of Colleges in Bilaspur during Techno-a-tech 6.0, a national-level cultural and technical fest taking place from November 30th to December 2nd, 2023. Join us for “Walk with Beats,” the Ramp-Dance competition that combines rhythm, style, and attitude.
‘Walk with Beats’ – An Overview
Unleash your inner dancer and make your mark on the stage in “Walk with Beats.” This solo dance competition is your chance to shine. Strut your style, groove to the music, and let your attitude do the talking.
Event Details
Here’s what you need to know about ‘Walk with Beats’:
- Participation: Solo
- Participation Fee: Rs. 300
- Rounds: 2 Rounds (Preliminary and Finals)
- Prizes: Rs. 3000 for the 1st place (Male & Female), and Rs. 2000 for the 2nd place (Male & Female)
Rules and Regulations
To ensure a respectful and fair competition, we have established the following rules:
- Theme: Western & Bollywood: Embrace Western and Bollywood themes in your performance.
- Vulgarity is strictly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to disqualification.
- In the preliminary round, participants must perform a rhythmic walk based on background music.
- Participants are required to submit the track to the Coordinator 7 days prior to the contest.
- The duration of the track should be approximately 30 seconds.
- Judging criteria include costumes, theme, dancing stance, performance, and attitude.
- The final round consists of walking the ramp with style and confidence.
- Judging criteria for the final round include costumes, theme, and attitude.
