‘ROBO-WARS’ – An Overview
Get ready to design and build a manually controlled robot for the ultimate test. Your robot must navigate through the arena, tackle obstacles, and complete the task at hand. This contest is a thrilling race of robots, and only the best will emerge victorious.
Event Details
Here’s what you need to know about ‘ROBO-WARS’:
- Participation: Team (03 members)
- Participation Fee: Rs. 500 per team
- Rounds: 2 Rounds (Knockouts and Finals)
- Date: December 1st, 2023
- Venue: Robo Arena
Rules and Regulations
To ensure a fair and exciting competition, we’ve established the following rules:
- Robot Specifications: Your robot must fit within a 400mm (length) x 200mm (width) x 200mm (height) cuboid. It should be smaller than these dimensions and weigh under 3 kgs.
- Power Supply: No external power supply is allowed. Teams should bring their own on-board power supply for their robots.
- Construction: Using Lego kits or ready-made mechanisms is strictly prohibited. Your robot’s design should be original.
- Safety: Robots must not contain any harmful or combustible substances and should have an emergency stop button.
- Electronic Devices: Laptops/personal computers and other devices must be switched off during the event.
- Responsibility: Organizers will not be responsible for any damage caused to the robot during the event.
Arena
The arena is filled with obstacles, each with predefined points. Your robot must navigate through these obstacles with stability and pace. Can your creation handle the challenge?
