“The Titan Games” is a thrilling blend of adventure and physical prowess designed to test your limits.
Event Details
Here’s what you need to know about “The Titan Games”:
- Participation: Solo
- Participation Fee: Rs. 150
- Prizes: Rs. 2000 for the 1st place, Rs. 1000 for the 2nd place
Rules and Regulations
To ensure a safe and fair competition, we’ve established the following rules:
- Instructions and Safety: Participants must strictly follow all instructions and safety guidelines for the event.
- Medical Evaluation: It’s recommended that participants undergo a medical evaluation and obtain clearance before competing in the event.
Dead Hang
Rules:
- Grip: Grip the bar with an overhand grip (palms facing away from you).
- Hanging: Move your feet off the step or bench so you’re hanging on to the bar.
- Arm Position: Keep your arms straight.
Powerlifting (Deadlift)
Rules:
- Bar Movement: The bar cannot travel downward before reaching the final position.
- Posture: You must stand erect with the shoulders back.
- Knee Position: You must stand with your knees straight at the completion of the lift.
- Thigh Contact: The bar cannot rest on the thighs during the lift.
